About This Event

Magic of herbs and plants – come and immerse yourself in nature and learn how to prepare your own natural products!

This is is our second workshop this year.  Come and have fun preparing your own great products for health and well-being from healing herbs and plants – no experience necessary!  We will make face and body products, an effective cough and cold syrup, aromatic room sprays and healing tinctures.  A nature walk in the magical gardens will show you how to forage for wild plants for culinary and health use. Go home with a handful of products and the know-how to start your own.  Don’t miss out on this workshop, the location itself is worth the day out!  There will be an intro talk too on aromatherapy and how to easily use essential oils safely at home. They are a wonderful addition to any medicine cabinet or skincare range!

Many tips for health including menopause, skin care and common ailments – all easily helped by plants and herbs that can be found in most gardens.  Making lotions, potions, herbal teas, atomisers and glycerites can help you with your own health issues. You will also have the experience of walking a labyrinth, a healing and meditative journey that brings clarity and vision.

Clare and Nalini (a qualified aromatherapist), have a wealth of knowledge and are both delighted to be able to share the magic of plants in this lovely workshop.

COST: £65 for the day, includes three goodies you have created, tinctures, potions, creams and heaps of information to take home!!! £25 deposit is required to book your place as spaces are limited!

Please bring food to share for lunch.  All refreshments will be provided.

Dear Nalini and Clare

I had a wonderful time on Saturday.  Beautiful people and place and such an interesting subject,  combining many of my most loved activities.  Such a positive day. Thank you so much. I am already looking forward to part 2 in September.  Love Nikola”
