About This Event

Morag Warrack is so excited to share with you her brand new offering... Friday Bliss Boost!
It opens at 6:45pm (or early session 3:30pm) for a casual cuppa in beautiful surroundings, and the led session will be 7-9pm, to include meditation and breathing exercises, gentle yoga style stretches and deep relaxation.  If you want to restore and revive before the weekend, then this is the one for you!  We'll share a tasty snack and tea to see you on your way!

A mindfulness and relaxation event designed so you can:

- Have some breathing space after work on Friday
- Arrive home feeling rested and relaxed and ready to enjoy being with friends or family.

You'll experience intensive relaxation; reconnect with your body and mind - Simply step back, sit back, lie back and be in your own space for a while.

We'll enjoy gently connecting with our senses using well established practices such as breath exercises, mindful movement and healthy treats to try.
