About This Event

An exploration of body, mind and soul……

with Michelle Nalini Deane and Sarah Dover-McCarthy

Immersed in nature, here at Sedgwick with its beautiful woodland and gardens, you will find is the ideal setting to relax, let go, and rejuvenate. With a little quietness and nature all around us, things just start to unwind…..ahhhhh! And it’s summer solstice too so there may just be a little bit of magic in the air….

This retreat is a rare combination of both Nalini’s and Sarah’s expertise for the ultimate exploration of movement, yoga nidra and meditative practices, nourishment and deep self-care. The retreat is open to anyone who wants some delicious time out in a peaceful and gorgeous environment. You will come away with some great tools to use in daily life too, along with handouts and packs from the sessions. And breathing a little slower and feeling a little more relaxed too; you might even float home!

Nalini is a highly experienced therapist and healer and a qualified teacher of meditation, yoga nidra and conscious dance.  With a wealth of experience in women’s well-being and of holding groups, workshops and retreats, she will share a myriad of knowledge and tools for you to take home with you.

Sarah Dover-McCarthy is owner and Practice Director of Total Therapy Studios in Horsham and has more than twenty five years experience and knowledge as both a physical and re-alignment therapist and and advanced clinical movement and Pilates instructor.  Her knowledge and humour make her classes fun and imformative.
