About This Event

New meditation sessions based on the principles of A Course in Miracles-

Future Dates: Wednesday 19th April.....Wednesday 31st May......Wednesday 28th June......Monday 24th July

Time: Evenings from 7.15 to  8.30

This month we'll be meditating on and unpacking the line from A Course In Miracles that says-

'A law of mind is that mind causes its own experience.'

We've all been there, one day we feel great and everybody around is kind and helpful, another day we're grumpy and out of sorts and suddenly everyone is annoying and the world is a scary and daunting place. The difference is not in the world around us but instead it is within. We create a large part of our experience (or our mind does). We'll talk a little about this and practice some simple meditations for gaining perspective, mental space and heightening our awareness of this 'internal weather' so that we can seek shelter from it when it turns blustery!

Each of these stand-alone meditation evenings will consist of a brief talk from me, group discussion and meditations. A Course In Miracles It has been my primary spiritual practice for the past four years and has unlocked a level of peace and purpose I have been unable to attain any other way.

In these stand alone sessions there will be a brief talk from me, group discussion and meditations on the principles of A Course in Miracles (a spiritual and psychological training text that has been made famous by the likes of Marianne Williamson and Gabrielle Bernstein). I have been a student of this path for four years and I would like to make these teachings accessible to anyone open to shifting their mindset from fear to love. And, let's face it, that's the job of all of us! You don't need to know anything at all about the text to attend, just an open heart and mind. If you'd like to come along please let me know so that I have an idea of numbers. Each class is £12, payable on the evening of the event.
